Q. What is the maximum capacity of Villa Maxim?
A. Villa Illiana can accommodate up to 9 adults, plus 2 infants in cots.  Villa Maxim can accommodate up to 7 adults, plus 2 infants in cots. Q.Where can I find prices? A. Both villas pages on Lanzahomes.com include a price section.  Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling but payment may be made in Euros or Pounds Sterling, via bank transfer to either English or Spanish bank account, via Paypal or by credit card via Paypal (you do not need to have a Paypal account to do this). Q. How can I check availability on-line? A. For a number of excellent reasons, we do not show availability on line. Please contact us via email at info@lanzahomes.com, or by telephone Landline: +34 928 514966, Mobile: +34 681 117557 and we will let you know availability immediately. Q. Once I decide on a villa how do I complete my booking? A. Once you have shown interest in one of our villas and have been informed that it is available for your chosen dates, you will be sent our booking form along with our Terms & Conditions.  Should you wish to proceed with the booking, a 25% deposit is required to confirm booking, the balance being due 6 weeks before departure.  We will ask you to let us know which payment method you prefer and we will send you the relevant details. Q. Is it possible to arrive and/or depart on any day of the week or do you have a set arrival-departure day? A. Both of our villas have flexible arrival and departure days, letting you arrive and depart on any day of the week and stay for periods of more than 7 or 14 nights (i.e. 9, 10 or 16, 17 nights etc.). This also means that you can take advantage of cheaper mid-week flights. Q. Is it possible to book the villa for less than 7 days, eg long weekends? A. This is possible, although not in high season (Summer holidays, Christmas & New Year); the minimum is 4 days. Q. When can I check in? A. Our normal check-in time is 4.00pm. However, if your flight arrives much earlier than this you are most welcome to come to the villa early and either leave your luggage and take yourselves out for lunch or, make yourselves at home and enjoy your welcome pack which includes a light snack whilst we carry on preparing the villa.  If we know you are going to arrive earlier than normal, we make preparing the kitchen and outside dining area our priority so that you can relax. Everyone is different, it is entirely up to you.  Q. What time do we have to vacate the property on our departure day? A. If we have new guests coming in on your departure day, we ask that you vacate the villa at 10am.  However, apart from Summer and Christmas holiday periods, we try not to have departures and arrivals on the same day, so we have more time for maintenance.  In the event there is a same day changeover, we try to make some kind of arrangement so that you do not have to drive around with your luggage if your departure is late afternoon or evening. Q. Do you only arrange accommodation? A. No, we are also happy to arrange a series of extras for you including diving lessons, yoga classes, tennis lessons, speedboat and yacht hire and many other things. Please just let us know what you would like us to arrange at the time of booking.

Travelling with Babies & Toddlers

Villa Maxim For those of you travelling with babies and toddlers we have tried to collect as many items as possible to make your packing, travelling and holiday as stress-free and as easy as possible.  However, even though we have had many happy guests stay in Villa Maxim with babies and toddlers we, personally,  think it is better for the over 5’s as the villa is set over three floors; there are also quite a lot of steps in the garden area.  Our other villa, Villa Illiana, would be more suitable for you. Pool Area   The swimming pool is accessed by roman steps.  Next to the pool there are two covered terraces when you or the little ones need a rest from the sun.  There is also a garden wc and a utility room with washing machine, fridge for your drinks around the pool, sink and, a variety of pool toys for the kids. Please find measurements of pool below; the depth of the shallow end is the depth at the bottom of the steps.: The Villa  The villa is set over three floors  There is a main staircase leading from the entrance hall up to the main living area; stair gates are supplied for the top and bottom of the stairs.  The master bedroom has a staircase that leads down to the ensuite bathroom.
